You are writing about the worst week of your working life. This page says exactly who can see it.
What we store. Your email address, whether you have paid, your seven triage answers, and whatever you type into the chronology, evidence list and account drafter.
Who can read it. You. Access is enforced at the database row level, so another customer cannot reach your matter even if they try. We do not read your entries for support, analytics, product research, or model training.
Your employer cannot see any of it. There is no employer view of this product and no reporting of any kind back to anyone you work for.
Payment. Handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What this is not. Communications with a lawyer attract legal privilege in most jurisdictions. Notes you make here do not. In principle they could be disclosable in a legal proceeding. Write true things — good advice for the interview and good advice here.
Deletion. Email us and we will delete your matter and everything in it. No conditions, no exit interview.
Retention. We keep your data while your account exists. If you never come back, it sits there; it is not mined, and it is not sold.
